Terms of Service

By registering for or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

Caravel lets you connect your own third-party social media accounts, compose posts, and schedule each platform's supported handoff. For Instagram professional accounts (via Meta's Instagram API with Instagram Login) and Bluesky (via an app password you provide), Caravel can publish your scheduled content on your behalf. For TikTok (via TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API), Caravel uploads your selected MP4 as a draft to your TikTok inbox; you, the creator, review or edit the draft and complete publishing in TikTok. Caravel records the available result for each supported flow. We may add, modify, or remove supported platforms or features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Caravel account or use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at caravel@neomarcopolo.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

To use the Service you must authorize Caravel to access your social media accounts through each platform's official login or authorization flow (OAuth for Instagram and TikTok, an app password for Bluesky). You represent that you are the authorized owner or administrator of each account you connect and that connecting it to Caravel does not violate that platform's terms of service. You may disconnect any account at any time from the Accounts page, or by revoking Caravel's access directly on the platform. Caravel is not responsible for actions taken by a third-party platform against your account, including suspension, rate limiting, or API changes outside our control.

You retain all ownership rights in the media, text, and other content you upload or compose in Caravel ("Your Content"). You grant Caravel a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to schedule and publish it to the platforms you connect and to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to post it, and that it complies with applicable law and with the terms of each platform you publish to.

Caravel is offered on a subscription basis, billed through Stripe. New accounts begin with a 7-day trial that requires a payment card on file; there is no free tier. Paid plans are Creator ($19/month, up to 15 connected accounts), Growth ($39/month, up to 50 connected accounts), and Pro ($79/month, unlimited connected accounts), each also available on an annual basis at a discounted rate ($209/$429/$869 per year respectively). All paid plans include unlimited scheduled posts and access to Caravel's API and MCP integration. We do not store your card number; billing is handled entirely by Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing caravel@neomarcopolo.co; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, including when you cancel mid-cycle or downgrade plans.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights;
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in automated abuse of any connected platform beyond scheduled publishing;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical restrictions imposed by us or by a connected platform;
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written consent; or
• Use the Service in a manner that violates the terms of service of any platform you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms, TikTok's Developer Terms, or Bluesky's terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

The Service depends on APIs and services operated by Instagram (Meta), TikTok, and Bluesky. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, functionality, or policies of those platforms. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service, and a platform may independently suspend, restrict, or terminate your account regardless of your use of Caravel.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that every scheduled post will publish successfully. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuciCo LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required to comply with law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and Sections 5, 10, and 12 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above and post the revised Terms at this URL. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions about these Terms can be sent to caravel@neomarcopolo.co.
